Pre-Payment Options

Please take advantage of the following options to prepay your child’s meal account. Prepaid meal accounts help the lunch lines go faster and give students more time to eat, relax, and play. Prepayment also gives you the peace of mind of not having to worry about looking for lunch money every day or worry that it might get lost, stolen, or used for things other than school meals or school snacks. We have three options for prepayment: Online, Check, and Cash.

Online prepayment is by far the most popular and efficient.  Online payments are a simple, safe, and secure way to make payments to your child's account 24 hours a day at your convenience.  The system allows you to prepay for meals online using a credit or debit card, check your child's account balance, see what your child is eating, and receive account balance alerts by email.  If you choose to deposit money in your child's account, an outside vendor will charge $2.49 per transaction regardless of the dollar amount deposited.  Click the Online Payment link above to start the registration process (You will need your child's school ID number or birth date).

Send Check or Cash

Payments may be made by check or cash directly at your child's school site.

Personal Check:  If you send a check with your child, please place it in a sealed envelope and write your child's complete name, student ID number, grade, and amount enclosed in the envelope.  Checks are deposited into your child's account the same day it is received.

Cash:  Although we accept cash, checks are more secure.  Cash money should not be dropped off at the school office.  If you must send cash with your child, please place it in a sealed envelope and write your child's complete name, student ID number, grade, and amount enclosed in the envelope.  All cash money should be hand-delivered directly to a Food and Nutrition employee.

All students using their prepaid accounts are required to enter their 6-digit PIN numbers into a pin pad to access their accounts. This PIN number is available at your school office or can be found on class schedules and report cards. Click on PIN PAD and have your child practice entering their PIN number.

Download and print out a pre-formatted Pre-Payment Slip

If you choose to bring money to school personally or send it with your child, please print out and complete the Pre-Payment Slip at the link (above) and put it in a #10 envelope.  Clearly write your child’s first and last name, identification number, grade, and the amount enclosed in the envelope. This will make it easier for our staff to track and split payments between siblings that attend the same school; Simply print, seal and return to the School.
